As far as jack in the boxes go, it's cuter than cute. My 18 mo and 3 yr old play with it, and it hasn't broken yet... (knock on wood) :)

They both loved it--my nephew played a hide and seek game whenever the music started--he would know that it was going to pop open, but would run a short distance away and then peek around the corner in anticipation! Both have stood up to the test of boys, so it seems to be made pretty well. The Curious George motif is a classic and well-appreciated by both parents.

I initially ordered this as one of the decoration items for my son's 1st bday party, which was CG themed. It looked great sitting on the table near his CG cake! My 1 year old son gets a kick out of it! He cracks up everytime CG pops up!
